Although the book follows the story of a teenage girl, it offers situations and humour relatable to any woman that has grown up in England. Full of good humour, wit and a bit of feminism, there really isn't anything that's not to like! Not to mention the relatability of a fellow book-worm, it's always good to read about someone as passionate about books as yourself.

The general idea of the story - Paige saving her beloved bookshop - is very unique and makes for a simple read. I'd say this is an ideal on-the-beach read due to its easy-going and light-humoured nature and I'd recommend it to any young girl.
