Bought this book after ordering the second book in the series with my points. What an absolutely delightful read. I love a good YA novel and this definitely hit the spot. The character development was pretty good, with the main characters having distinct personalities. The writer portrays the drama of teenage life very vividly and amusingly, resembling my own moods and tantrums from years ago. The main character is witty and fiesty, trying to find herself in the world of art and books. The story is well thought out and has a few twists to keep things interesting. Overall, it did everything I expected it to - I reminisced, I laughed, I rolled my eyes, I gasped. An easy read for a long flight!
