I think this will be a good insight into the world of vets.
I think the cover illustrates perfectly that it is about a vet working in the 70s - the phone, props and colour palette work really well. But, this wouldn't be enough for me to pick up and book and read the blurb.
That being said, I read the beginning and really enjoyed it and learnt a lot from it, so I would love to read the book.
I would also be interesting to pass it onto friends I have who are vets to see what they think of it and what's changed.
