This looks like the ideal book to read at the moment - a well written and humorous book about animals. Perfect for reading in front of the fire with the real world shut outside. I laughed out loud at Bruce's realisation that he doesn't understand the British - neither do most of us a lot of the time!
When I was younger I loved the All Creatures Great and Small novels. I suspect this will be similar, great care taken of the animals and gentle fun poked at the owners.
I'm not usually a fan of non-fiction, but i would definitely read this.
