I'm interested in learning more about Canada through the narrator of this book and see the differences between there and Britain. I think there is going to be a lot of reflection and contemplation by the main character in this book, which isn't really my thing. But I may have misjudged this from the opening and I would like to keep reading to see how the plot develops.
