This is a great memoir of a man with such an interesting career. It was such a fascinating read and is is written well, funny at times and very easy to read.
It is interesting and informative, Bruce Fogle offers explanations to the medical terminology that really helped and made it such a great read. It was a page turning read as I didn’t have an pre conceived ideals of Bruce Fogle so was learning as I read, I enjoyed learning of his life especially his growing up in Canada and caring for the animals at Harrods!
A vets life is indeed eventful! He shares lots of stories and experiences from the 1970’s, my favourite would be the cat called Wilberforce and his owner.
I didn’t realise until the last page that he is Ben Fogle’s Father.
Definitely recommend!
