I found this book an interesting read, not sure if I liked it not but an enjoyable read all the same. Bruce Fogle - Canadian - came to London in the 1970's as a graduate vet from the world's best veterinary school - which is a big claim but who am I to question this. His clientele list ranged from Paul McCartney, Elizabeth Taylor to name a few and even including Duchesses and Sultans. He also cared for the exotic inhabitants of Harrod’s ‘Zoo dept’.
He has had to care for all sorts of animals from alligators to dogs but within this book Fogle let's us see the ins and outs of being a vet and his stories can have you laughing or have a tear in your eye.
The book is going to recommended to my family members that enjoy a good read and adore animals and if you're looking for a Christmas present for somebody then this might be it.
I’d happily recommend this book and I thank Readers First for my opportunity to read and review.
