I like Ben Fogle so i was pretty sure his Dad would be very similar in the way he talks and his humour and i was right and i love anything to do with animals.
So it starts in the 70's in Ontario, Canada where he's just finished veterinary college and the only job he can find is all the way over the pond to London in the UK. A vet in the 70's moving all that way to London on his own, leaving his family behind to start a career of his dreams. He thought as he's classed as British in Canada that the UK would be the same but he soon finds out the British in the UK is completely different.
It's very well written, easy to read, light hearted with a couple of moving parts.

It's interesting to read how things where so very different back in the 70's and wouldn't be allowed in today's world. Harrods selling wildlife is just unbelievable.
