Bruce Fogle, arrived in 1970s’ London was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he grew up and was educated.
He was born on the 17 February 1944 so is now 76.
What a wealth of knowledge he must have gained thoughout these years as a vet.
This certainly comes across in the book "Call the Vet".
Personally I found many interesting stories that have been recorded for our amusement and I delighted in reading them.
I rather liked the account about the poodles and their owners and why the colour of the poodles was chosen by the owners.
This is probally because around that time my husband purchased a poodle for his widowed mother..she ended up giving it to me. I ended up giving it to my parents when we were stationed abroad and couldn't take it with us.
I wonder what we all would have thought if we had known why these ladies bought them in the first place!!!
