I was immediately attracted to this book when I saw it.
Part of the enjoyment in reading a book for me is the look and feel of the outside. The dust cover is a delight it is soft and velvety and the picture is really appealing.
The book's story covers regency England and I found it very difficult to read at first because of the way it is written, quite correctly I may add as it is set it this period. There are many, many, very long words and phrases that we are unaccustomed to using in this day and age.
Once you can get over this it is a very prime and proper story except for a couple of pages that suddenly appear that are full of intimate passion and quite unexpected.
I found it an enjoyable read even though it is quite slow moving.
