Love this at first sight A bit of jones meets Darcy type book. Ones which you know will end with a happy ending but you turn the page more just to make sure. I’ve always loved a heroine that doesn’t quite fit the bill and this one didn’t disappoint! It’s like stepping back in time when all women wanted to do was get married and have a respectable life! Who doesn’t? Ha ha lots of ups and downs and a bit of ‘ oh no’ but it seems the type of book if you are a Jane Austen fan this is for you wont disappoint! I can’t wait to read further on and see how the characters evolve and the ‘ will she won’t she’ syndrome kicks in. I’d read this quite happily on a sunny day or curled up on the sofa with a log fire burning!
