I was lucky enough to get an advance copy of this book. I find the cover really beautiful. I have to admit I am not a massive fan of Pride and Prejudice. I read it some years ago but personally much prefer Sense and Sensibility. However, just like many others, I have wondered why did Charlotte marry Mr Collins? I actually found the character of Charlotte very interesting and it was a shame that it was not heard out in the book. Obviously it is not an easy task to follow on Jane Austen's story but I think the author did very well. The writing style was pleasant and easy to read, I liked that the book was quite educational without it feeling too much and to my surprise I did not find it difficult to get back into the Pride & Prejudice world. I am not sure I agree with how Charlotte's character has turned out in this book but it was an interesting read nonetheless.
