This cheesy romance set in a small town, as is custom for Christmas romance novels, is filled with characters (and a quirky pooch) that although behave in a manner unlike us non-fictional folk are totally likable, I find myself rooting for the romance between Henry and Penny. This book was very well written, even giving me a few giggles along the way. Its the first time I have come across Holly Martin but with books like these it certainly wont be the last time.
