I adored this book. So wondeful for a cold winters read to give you the warm fuzzies.
Penny Meadows rents her annexe to the grumpy Henry and his lovely daughter Daisy.
Penny has the unusual trade of being an ice sculpted and takes Daisy under her wing and teaches her the ropes.
But can she thaw out the aloof Henry?
As you peel back the layers as to why Henry is so guarded you realise why he protects himself and more importantly his daughter.
The way that the fictional White Cliff Bay is described makes you want to visit and immerse yourself in the community, it really appealed to me.
Admittedly a little predictable at times, but you end up really liking Penny and the others in the story and really root for her Henry
