When I opened the preview and saw the list of characters my heart sank as I don't normally enjoy books that feel they have so many characters they will be hard to keep track of. However a couple of chapters in and I had met the lead character a female part of the resistance in France and I have enjoyed it so far. I am interested in reading more to find out what happens.
