I am yet to finish City of Spies (because of reasons to do with school and such), the i have read over half and I am in love with the book so far. I love how it combines two things I absolutely love: literature and history. So far, I have actually learnt a lot more about the second world war,as I've only really studied the German's participation, so it's really nice to see the war from a different point of view. Also the fact that the next possible love interest could be an enemy is something I am very much here for. I adore Romeo and Juliet and if the story goes the way I think it's going to go, I will walk away from the book extremely happy indeed. If you love history and are as fascinated as I am with the word wars then this book is definitely for you!
