I absolutely loved this first impression. This is the first time I have read a book written in verse and I loved it, it made everything feel so much more raw and personal. The verse was stripped back with no unnecessary descriptions allowing you to get right to the heart of the story, of the emotions. I feel like I understand the differences in personalities clearly and I am very interested to read on, find out how this story progresses, how it impacts the lives of both girls.
