I really enjoyed this book. The story follows two sisters who are totally unaware of each others existence until tragedy strikes and their father is killed in a plane crash.
One sister lives in the US, the other in the Dominican Republic, so they have very different lives and upbringings.
What makes this book stand out from the rest is that it is written in prose. For some people this may be massively off putting, but I found it really refreshing and felt it suited the plot of the book.
I would definitely recommend this book and I enjoyed being transported between the two sister's lives.
I gave it 5 stars as although I felt some parts a little predictable, however this is a good, quick read which leaves you feeling good. The characters are believable and likeable.
If you're looking for something a little bit different, this is definitely worth a go!
