I really liked this book. One of the main reasons I loved this book was at the time I was going to read this book I was in a reading slump and this book basically got me out of it. My attention was first grabbed by the cover I really like the illustrator's work it's just beautiful and they are great at drawing people (or just the girls on the cover) love the color choices for sure! and I saw that it was split in half with half a girl's face on it and half of another girls' face on it and I was really intrigued. I read the inside cover and got really interested I really like the story line and the plot is so good. I LOVE how the author hooks us in by just kind of casually saying how she walks in to see her dad get off his flight and then we find out the flight actually crashed. Especially how she brings in a kind of mystery vibe and all of sudden we find out about the dad's secret and everything else going on.
