This was a brilliant read, a very quick YA novel all narrated through verse.
The story centres on two girls called Yahaira and Camino.
Both are unaware of each other's existence until the day their father died in a plane crash and turned their lives upside down.
Their father had been keeping a big secret, the fact he had two lives, two families and two daughters that made the girls sisters.
The girls live totally different lives, one affluent and the other struggling along with her Tia.
Can they become friends or even later on the sisters they should always have been?
Well written and just an all round beautiful story that could all too easily be related to real life when adults make mistakes that impact on their children.
