I loved the first impression of the book and thought it would be a good read. Sadly I just couldn’t get into it I didn’t like the layout it seemed to jump from one to the other although you could tell who was ‘talking’ it was just hard to keep up with what had happened between these chapters. I liked finding out about the main characters and how they had very different upbringings but there lives are also very similar and that they both didn’t know their father as they thought and how there very different lives tangled together through the tragedy of the loss of their dad, how they bond too. The book was a lovely and emotional story to read, sadly for me it was they layout of how the story was told that I didn’t like.
