The style of writing was at first a shock to me as it was very poem inspired in my opinion but it was incredibly easy to read & enjoyable. The dual narratives added another layer to the book that I loved, you could really connect & get a sense of the characters.
The overall story I loved it spoke about issues that those in other countries face that us in the western world do not think about & it made me realise how lucky I was in my life. The barriers these characters had to overcome from a family mystery to the heartbreak of losing a loved one to having the are you live in hold you back was inspiring.
These characters was loveable & easy to read the dynamic between the two sisters was beautiful once it got to blossom however I did shed a tear that Camino had to leave her Tia to get a better chance at life.
