The opening chapters are definitely intriguing, but slightly plain if anything. It’s definitely unique and the author is very talented in that sense. The characters don’t have much depth to them, intentional or not it’s just not my cup of tea. Really the only thing that kept me reading was to see if anything else happened. It didn’t.
I enjoyed the writing style, the protagonist and concept however the story was undercooked. I doubt I will continue to read however I don’t not recommend it- if that’s possible. I would encourage to look at the plot and writing style, because I can imagine if it’s something you’re interested in then it could definitely be a good book. I’m not too sure how I feel about it but personally i would probably enjoy other books, so wouldn’t continue reading. However I might check out some other books from the same author!
