I LOVED this book - it is not something I would normally read as I am a hardcore thriller fan but picked it up as there has been so much hype on instagram about it.
Firstly I did not know it was written in verse until I opened the book so that was a shock but once I got used to it I found the writing style very comforting and that the subject matter was handled so well due to how it was written.
I loved both characters and could physically feel the hurt from both of them when they found out that there Dad had been lying to them for so long.
I loved how it was described that they both take after there Dad but in different ways and although they looked different they could tell similarites within themselves.
Also the ending was so uplifting how the strong females all came together to save Camino from attack and then took her back to America where her Dad always dreamed she would go.
