I really tried to get in to this book but although there is a strong plot line I felt myself becoming a little bored of it. I think that the non structure of long chapters which turned out more to be thirds of the book didn't help as there were no changes to happily place the book down.
However, I did like that it followed the thought processes of the different characters and you really felt like you were in the mind of them and understanding why they were doing what they were doing. I also like that there are two strong female characters in the book.
I felt that the story was confusing at time and at the end looked back and realised I don't really know what happened to who or why more importantly.
It an easy read as it's a pretty short book but I wouldn't be fussed if I hadn't read it but maybe it's just not my thing. I've head his other books are very strong so maybe I just picked a weak first one to try, such a shame.
