Clean Hands follows two strong female leads as they negotiate their way through several challenges in a messy court case. They story seems very realistic, I could truly imagine the actions taken by each character to be how they would pan out in a real situation. It was also good to get an insight into the inner thoughts of those characters who appear implacable on the surface. It certainly helps to make the characters more relatable.
This is a fast paced novel with a lot going on, it kept me guessing from start to finish. At first the sheer number of supporting characters was a little overwhelming, but I quickly picked up enough about each character to distinguish between them. Overall a very enjoyable read.
