I really enjoyed reading this. The world of a private investigator in a real true to life way. The plot is exciting and gripping and the main characters have you gripped from the first paragraph. It's a real page turner and I read it in just two days. It's full on mystery and intrigue and the twists and turns are fantastically engaging.
Patrick has a way of keeping the interest without making the plot seem implausible. The book had me guessing all the way through.
If you like a good bit of blackmail, glamour mingled with gritty action then this is the book for you.
An all round good holiday read and a good addition to the ever popular Alex Rider series. I can't wait to read the next one.
