Drawing Parallels
As a Forty-something female myself, and one who is also not currently "#livingmybestlife" I can certainly sympathise with main Character; Nell Stevens' plight.
Having lost pretty much everything she once held so close to her heart, and forced to begin over again, I am certainly keen to learn how Nell gets on.
From the Title of this Novel alone, it is clear that troubles (ok F##k ups) and unforseen hurdles lie ahead. Having read some of Alexandra Potter's previous books, I am a fan of her well-crafted storytelling generously sprinkled with humour to make you chuckle as well as more poignant moments that will have the reader reaching for the tissues.
With a current scary and life-threatening situation happening in our own World right now, spending some time immersed in Nell Stevens' one sounds fab!
