One tired cliche after another

I was bored of reading this after the first page. It reads as a long list of over used clichés. This type of book has been written a million times before and I was tired of them after Bridget Jones diary. I'm not sure if the author has managed to find a new spin as I didn't even want to read to the end of the first look.
