Despite this being a really big book for the genre it was really easy to read. I liked the writing style, it flowed well and the conversational style made it easy to fall into. The humour was spot on and had me chuckling throughout the entire book.
I really liked Nell (MC) she’s funny and endearing, I could also relate to her in lots of ways which made the read even better.
I’ve never read any books by Alexandra Potter before but I’ll define giving more of her books a try.
I’d recommend this book to anyone looking for a light hearted, funny read. It’s perfect for a beach read or a cosy winter read. It has that unique ability to be read by anyone, anywhere.
