Just finished this book and at first thought was this for me? Glad I read it so different to what I’ve read before. The story follows well about nell who’s life is in a bit of a mess. It’s a book about opposites but also about generation and the way our lives turn out. Nell learns a lot from cricket and you can see a formula forming its poignant warm and at times amusing. It will appeal to women of Every age as the story evolves you can see how the main characters are benefiting from each other’s company. Nell comes over as funny and you just want her to come out of this with the best possible result! Whereas cricket is funny and and has so much to offer to this book marvellous contrast.read it you won’t be disappointed!
