Loved it and related to it

Loved this book, i related to the character so much, been single and in my 40's, never married and no kids and no home of my own. I could really relate to Nell in some ways. I'm so glad things worked out for her in the end with her landlord Edward and his dog and i could really relate to her relationship with her friends that are married with kids and don't have the time for her anymore unless it's a kids play date or party, Cricket, she was a lovely character, i could be good friends with her as well, i was hoping they would move in together but glad she ended up with her landlord he seems a lovely guy with a quirky sense of humour that Nell seemed to be able to bring out in him. It's a funny, light hearted book that plenty of people can relate to, escape from daily life by reading it in somebody's elses. Some of it is predictable but it doesn't put you off reading it.
