I really enjoyed reading this book, it’s the first book I’ve read by Lisa Unger and seemingly her thrillers are brilliant! I really enjoyed the flow of the writing, I liked the way it was written from multiple perspectives but continued to flow all the way through.
The development of characters and relationships was perfect as it kept an element of mystery but allowed you to feel like you really got to know them as the book went on without revealing the twist at the end. Unfortunately I did guess the plot twist, but not until nearer the end so I still found it thoroughly enjoyable and really worth reading.
The suspense ramped up towards the end and provides the reader with a need to read it until it’s completely finished, which was a massive positive I love a book that ramps up at the end. I definitely think this is worth a read if you like thrillers and I will be reading more Lisa Unger books in the future!
