Confessions on the 7:45 is a superb novel by Lisa Unger, who's already a master of her craft and as usual, this thriller is up to par.
Lisa deserves an extraordinary amount of praise for this, as it's probably the first psychological thriller that I've read in a while that constantly kept me guessing. It's fast paced but consistently entertaining, filled with fun twists and turns without being overkill.
There's a number of characters, all of which are interesting and despite having a large cast it isn't a confusing read. You do have to pay attention, but at the rate that the novel grips you, I'm afraid you wouldn't have any choice in the matter either way.
