I was intrigued from the beginning of this book and it grips your attention straight away as the story begins with Selena.
I loved the writings tyke of telling the story from the different points of view of the strong female leads in the book and their honest and quite close to home descriptions of the relationships between men and women. I particularly enjoyed the sections on Pearl and how her character developed while feeling immense stress for Selena situation.
The main essence of the book is about secrets and lies and the twists and turns keep on coming in this novel meaning they kept me guessing until the end even when I thought I knew what was going on! The ending was still a surprise for me! Very good!
A really well thought out novel which I would definitely go and buy and has me wanting to read more of the material that this author has done.
