This is the first novel by this author that I have read but it certainly won't be the last. I was totally engrossed and spend hours glued to the pages as the mystery unfurled.
Selena is on her way home on the train, a journey she takes daily. She sits next to a total stranger but for some unknown reason decides to tell that her husband , graham, is having an affair with their nanny Geneva. Why, she thinks, did she do that ! She would never normally tell a stranger her intimate family problems, so why now ?The stranger, Martha, tells Selena that she is having an affair with her married boss - this is getting even stranger. But Selena thinks no more of the odd conversation until a few days letter when Geneva uncharacteristically disappears. Then Selena gets a text - from Martha - but she knows she never gave her her phone number, so how ? and why ? does she have anything to do with Geneva.............I am not going to spoil the plot , but you are in for an enthralling, nail biting read
