Mystery, suspense and action this book has it all! Focused mainly around Selena’s character, the chapters are dedicated to a number of the other characters too. Jumping from past to present the book begins to join up the relationships each character has to one another.
The variety of the plot line is very good, keeping the reader guessing all the way! Everyone seems to have a secret, the writing is so good you want to keep going to find out what it is!
Martha’s character is complex and cleverly written and Selena’s character matures as the book goes on which is a credit to the author. The other supporting characters are integral to the plot and are also well written, adding depth to the story.
