You see this is one of those books that immediately catch the eye of my inner feminist. Men all being evil - I can get behind that. However the actual writing style is not something I usually like. It’s slightly young and not very rich - but that is normal on thriller books as they move quite quickly - no time for language. I would probably get slightly bored because the blurb spoke little to me as well. I don’t like when books have lines where it’s like an annoying first person voice - aka in this book it said something like ‘that’s what he would do’ because its quite a cliched move. Having said that the actual idea is an intriguing one - quite a lot like the Chain which was a good book. I may like this book but I don’t think it’s my style. If you enjoy fast paced thrillers this is the way to go. But I really did like the cover it would stand out to me in a bookshop.
