I don't normally enjoy books about gods but I found this first impression quite enjoyable. I liked the way the characters were created and the mechanics to the storyline. I would have liked a little more information about what the different godly powers did as we have a lot of info about Hades but little about any of the others but my guess is that will come later in the book.
