oh my god i am so excited to read this
this book is exactly what i need to get back into reading more fantasy element books. i really enjoy reading books that have elements of greek mythology and i have heard that this book does this well.
Deina is compelled to be a soul severer, and her deepest desire is to escape; she is working hard to change her life, and every mortal soul she transports to the dead realms helps her pay her fee and achieve her freedom. But King Orpheus offers her a way out, a way to be free sooner than she could have imagined. All she has to do is assist in the release of his Queen Eurydice from the underworld. But, in order to do so, she will need to rely on those she is wary of to assist her in her quest. She must travel down to the Underworld, fighting demons and hellish monsters along the way, but will she be able to do so?
