I straight away liked the idea of twins who are no longer in contact, and finding out what happened. Told from right after Ava is informed that her twin sister Zelda is dead, these first two chapters have already laid out their dysfunctional home life and chequered past, as well as the rift between them, and the cause for it (whoever he may be). As psychological thrillers go, I can see this being good to excellent, depending how it pans out.
