Not my genre

I think this book cover has a more of an autumnal feel to it rather than a summers day feel like the blurb suggests. However I do think the use of extra information on the cover is a clever way of drawing in readers.
Unfortunately this genre is not the type I like to read but the book sounds brilliantly mysterious and suspenseful.
