I really wanted to like the book. I read the first quarter, not feeling particularly gripped by it. I was easily distracted by it's lack of action. I really hated the murdered golfer for the crimes he had supposedly done according to his ex girlfriend and was just getting into that part of the story but it seemed to skip from one bit to another and the unusual character names made it really difficult to follow.
I didn't finish the book because it all became too confusing and I didn't feel like the information I was being given was anything to do with the big question of who the murderer was and why they killed the banker. I like most crime fiction books but sadly this one just wasn't for me.
