Defy The Worlds is the second book in the Constellation trilogy by Claudia Gray. The series focuses on Noemi, a soldier from a war-torn planet and Abel, a mech with a human soul that she rescued by accident. This book starts off six months after the end of the first. The people of Genesis have started to grow sick after Cobweb has hit their planet whilst on the other side of the galaxy, Abel is looking into what Mansfield is researching as he and his daughter start to offer organic mechs.
What I Liked
-Excellent world building
-Simon was thoroughly creepy
-There was more of Virginia, Harriet and Zayan.
-Interesting cliffhanger
What I Didn't Like
-Not entirely the book's fault but I found it very easy to put it down and get distracted

Another interesting book. Claudia Gray is definitely good at sci-fi and I'm excited to read more.
