I found the extract for this book rather confusing as it jumps straight into the action and seems to follow on from an earlier novel. I haven't read any books by this author and I think I would need to read his previous works to fully enjoy this book. On the plus side, the cover is quite eye catching and screams science fiction, despite this book being listed under romance and relationships.
