i liked this book, it was an easy read and the story moved at a fast pace. I, however, didn't really see it much as a thriller, more of a drama based story than anything.

The story revolves around to sisters who both seemed to have hit a mental brick wall and struggle daily.
Robin is a recluse who can't stand things going off schedule and feels like someone is stalking her. Sarah is a mother who has been forced out of home and away from her daughter due to mental problems.

The book constantly jumps back and forth between present day Sarah and Robin and their childhood selves. We get brief glimpses at traumatic events and try to figure out why the girls ended up the way they did.

The writing style is written in first person and past tense so it makes an easy and understandable read. There were quite a few grammatical and spelling mistakes that drove me nuts, but we aren't all perfect.

Overall, I was quite happy with this book and enjoyed reading it, I however won't be taking it back to Australia as I don't think I'll ever read it again.
