This psychological thriller is about twins Robin and Sarah and switches back and forth between the present and when the story begins in the late 1980's.
Robin lives alone with agoraphobia and panic attacks. Sarah thought she had it all but has been accused of something terrible. In order to move forward, she needs to find Robin. But someone else is looking for Robin too.
Right from the start, I was hooked. The story is told from both girls' perspectives which was very easy to follow; I sometimes find books that switch between characters and time periods can be quite confusing.
I finished this book in one day! I couldn't put it down, as one part of the story unfolded I just had to know more. What the families went through over the years; splitting up, abuse, drug use and mental health - were all tackled brilliantly by the author.
Held in suspense right until the end with a fantastic finish!
