The author is clearly a very talented thriller writer and can gauge the reaction of her intended audience and how to pull them into her world.
Personally I can't wait to read the full thing and fully immerse myself in all the twists and turns that are no doubt still to come. The main reason that I love psychological thrillers is their ability to ensnare you, to send a chill creeping down your back and to make question everyone and everything. Even from the short extract I can tell that this book will do exactly that.
