Twins Sarah and Paula couldn't be more different - Paula is the golden girl whilst Robin is the rebellious 'runt'. In the present day, Robin is a reclusive ex-rock star who spends all her time hiding in her house and avoiding callers whilst Sarah is desperately trying to regain custody of 3 year old, Violet. The plot is cleverly crafted using short chapters from both Sarah and Robin's past and present day thoughts. The denouement is totally unexpected and a touch anticlimactic. Nevertheless, an interesting read to be recommended.
