On the whole I really enjoyed this book. My favourite genre is psychological thriller/crime and mystery so this book hit the nail on the head. There were many twists and turns throughout the book which keep you hooked. I feel in similar genre books a lot of the “shock twists” are actually quite predictable, however the twist at the end of this book actually left me with my mouth hanging open (won’t spoil it!). It also then makes you question all the feelings you have previously felt throughout the book.
The only negative I can think of for this book, is the the way in which the dialogue was written for the young girl, Daisy. A lot of it was unrealistic for a girl her age, and I feel the author could have done more research on the age group and their capabilities/intelligence at that age.
All in all though, I really enjoyed this book and would highly recommend!
